Chiffon Cake with a Superb Fluffy Texture

On the 1st floor of an old concrete apartment building, Keiko Kishimoto, who is from Okinawa and worked 4 years in bakeries and sweets shop, returned from Tokyo to come back home and open the chiffon cake shop “Kotori Yakigashiten”.

In Ozato in southern Okinawa there is Miyagi Farms, which is a free range farm where the chickens are raised naturally and stress free, so the eggs do not have a smell to them. She has those eggs delivered on the day they were made.
