Bagel shop specializing in wild yeast bagels fresh baked on site

Specialty bagel shop “cactus eatrip” located along National Route 58 in Ginowan.

The bagels baked at the shop do not really have the sour taste of wild yeast so even children can enjoy the mild taste.

Ingredients are as natural as possible and they use ingredients produced in Okinawa Prefecture and Kyushu. They bake them before putting in the fillings it so it is crispy and chewy with a firm crust! But it has a really soft chewy texture on the inside.

And they have a large variety of bagels!
You can select your bagel from more than 10 kinds such as sweet dessert bagels and lunch bagels and customize them, so the combinations are unlimited.

Mr. Katsumi, the owner who hails from Kamakura, grew up with parents as bakers and his brother is also a baker, so he has grown up handling bread everyday since he was little.
And so, it was a natural course for him to open a bakery.

Top favorite is fresh salmon and a thick taste of cream cheese.
This combination is reliable and I really like it, but as an avocado lover, I have to recommend the avocado tomato! It combines well with the bagel’s soft chewy texture.

They also opened a shop at Sunabe in Chatan Town in April of this year so you can enjoy delicious bagels in a convenient location.
