In Henza, Uruma there is a seafood eatery called Suzumaru. It is connect to a wharf auction site, so the seafood that is for sell is freshly caught.
Inside the shop they have tempura made using local ingredients and fried freshly caught fish that can be taken out.
This store normally uses seafood captured from the nearby sea. However, there is a dish that stands out and it is the crab soba that uses local sourced Japanese blue crabs.
If it is your first time you have to order it. This was only 800 yen! It is still impactful from a different angle!
The feel of the crab in the bowl is nothing to be sneezed at. You can’t stop the taste of the rich broth that comes out from the crab and the richness of crab meat. The crab is outstanding and is the main role in this soba. It goes without saying that broth is packed with crab and can have the true pleasure of crab again. You will get drawn into eating and will have a delicious time.
The crab soba from Suzumaru that uses the blessings of the sea. There is probably no other place that has the luxury of crab on top of Okinawa soba. Even among Okinawa soba it is a novel delicious soba.
