Says the owner of a Craft Beer Pub, Beer Rize located in Sunabe, Chatan cho.



The Craft Beers are beers made by the professionals with utmost care
in small scale of breweries.
Because of this, they can produce very good taste in different beer styles
which large beer makers can not normally produce.
There are more than 100 kinds of Craft Beers

Nihede Beer is a Craft Beer of Okinawa and one of their beers called Alto
has a very rich flavor of wheat 
and light and mild taste would fill your mouth and very good.

Nihede Beer is named after 「Nife- De-biru」, a dialect of Okinawa which means "Thank you".

Nihede Beer is produced by Nanto Brewery located in Nanjyo shi, Okinawa prefecture.
This Brewery has been awarded the Grand Prix in the International
Beer Award for 7 consecutive years, and also awarded a prize in the
「World Beer Cup」which is said to be the Olympics of Beers.    

「This beer goes very well with sausage or grilled meat 」

I tried to have a sausage as suggested, then I realized that each aroma of beer
and sausage perform very 
good together and the taste is really enjoyable.



The sausages are also specially ordered and made of local pork meat,
 and they are now trying to offer home made sausages from next year
 and developing their own recipe.

「Marriage」is a word we often hear in Beer society.
Knowing the character of a beer and choose a dish to go with
and enjoy the taste even better.

Beer Rize ties up with all of micro breweries in Okinawa
and offers 1 to 3 kinds of the Craft beers of them by rotation.

Apart from this, the owner carefully selects beers
from Hokkaido to Ishigaki Island and serves to customers from 11 taps everyday.



There are also a variety of small dishes for beers in order to enjoy the Marriage.
The owner and staff are always willing to help you choose the best dish for your beer. 

The owner comes from Fukuoka and had been working as a bartender since he was 18.
He moved to Okinawa 5 years ago and this is the time he found Craft beers
and was enchanted by its beauty       and  deep taste.
He made an image of a bar that he wishes to go himself and with that image,
he opened this bar 3 years ago.



「We have many foreign customers because the American base is located nearby,
 and they seem to enjoy our craft beers since they know well of craft beers 」

Noisy customers are not welcomed.
We would like to offer some nice space for ladies and gentlemen to enjoy drinks,
atmosphere, dish and  conversation.

Beer Rize also offers Cigars to match a glass of Ale or single malt to Ladies and Gentlemen.
